DESCRIPTION:Sign up here!  \nFree to all UMA students and employees. Located in the UMA Bangor Fitness Center Gymnasium. Dr. Casey Johnston PT\, DPT\, the Owner and Head Instructor of Kino STRONG Women’s self-defense\, will be teaching. Casey has a 3rd degree Black belt in Taekwondo\, holds 2 belts in Krav Maga\, and has been teaching self-defense to all ages (and not just women) for 10+ years. There is a limit of 20 participants each day. \nPriority will be given to students if the classes fill up. \nPlease notify joy.steward@maine.edu if you must cancel your registration.
