DESCRIPTION:Join Certified Yoga Instructor Sarah Hentges (Professor of Transdisciplinary Studies) for yoga classes via Zoom\, every Tuesday from 5:30-6:45. \nYoga is an excellent way to clear your mind\, manage stress\, and nurture your body.
