DESCRIPTION:National First-Generation College Student Day is observed annually on November 8th to honor the signing of the Higher Education Act of 1965\, which expanded college access for many students. DESCRIPTION:Join us on Thursday\, November 6\, 2025\, as Chancellor Malloy visits the UMA Augusta Campus. During the Town Hall from 1:00–1:30 p.m. in the Fireside Lounge\, Randall Student Center\, President Cushman will be interviewing the Chancellor in a lively conversation. The event will also be available online via Zoom. \nAfterward\, stay for a reception from 1:30–2:00 p.m. in the same space.
