Dr. Casey Johnston PT\, DPT\, the Owner and Head Instructor of Kino STRONG Women’s self-defense\, will be teaching. Casey has a 3rd degree Black belt in Taekwondo\, holds 2 belts in Krav Maga\, and has been teaching self-defense to all ages (and not just women) for 10+ years.
