Welcome to the Spring 2026 Weekly Photo Contest!

A photography contest that allows UMA students all over to participate in!

Each week there will be a theme published. Students may submit up to 3 photos related to the topic. For the final week of the semester, there will be an “All-Star Showcase” composed of the first place winners for each theme.

Prizes will be awarded each week to the three most voted on photos for each theme (1st place = $30 E-card; 2nd place = $20 E-card; 3rd place =$10 E-card) The winner of the All-Star Showcase receives our Grand Prize!

The winners for each theme will receive an email notification. A few times over the semester, we announce the winners via the Moosenger, social media and/or dedicated emails to all participants.

Theme #1: Winter

Capture the chill, the cozy, or the wild side of winter. Whether it’s snowy scenes, frosty details, or warm moments indoors, show us what winter looks like through your lens. Let the season tell a story.
