DESCRIPTION:You are invited to a Capstone presentation/training\, ā€œTrauma-Informed Emergency Management for First Responders\,ā€ by graduating TEM Masterā€™s student Kloe McEachirn. \nFirst responders routinely experience traumatic events\, disasters\, medical emergencies\, and occupational stress. This interactive\, evidence-based training explores how trauma affects responders\, coworkers\, and the communities they serve while providing practical tools to promote resilience\, psychological safety\, and trauma-informed emergency response.
