Welcome, newly accepted Summer and Fall 2026 students and families!

UMA warmly invites newly admitted Summer and Fall 2026 students, their families, and support networks to an engaging afternoon on our Augusta campus鈥攁n opportunity to celebrate your acceptance and explore the UMA experience.

This event lets you connect with current students, faculty, staff, and future classmates while enjoying 麻豆APP scenic grounds. We鈥檒l have complimentary refreshments, family鈥慺riendly entertainment, hands鈥憃n activities, information tables, and campus tours. If you haven鈥檛 already, you can also meet with an advisor to register for classes and pick up your UMA ID card.

Please join us at 3:00听笔惭 in Jewett Hall鈥檚 Farber Forum for a welcome from the Admissions team and a message from our students. The rest of the afternoon is yours to enjoy at your own pace.

馃帀 Please arrive promptly at 3:00 pm for our Welcome & Interactive Student Panel鈥攖his kickoff is where the fun begins!

After that, the event is completely drop鈥慽n style鈥攆eel free to join (or head off) whenever it suits you. We鈥檒l be outdoors鈥攄ress for the weather and wear comfy shoes. If it rains, we鈥檒l move inside.

鉁� Everyone who attends will be entered into a special prize drawing and walk away with fun UMA swag.

鈽� We鈥檙e also excited to announce that Aroma Joe鈥檚 will be serving complimentary drinks and coffee!

Note: We will not be holding a separate event on the Bangor campus. All accepted students鈥攔egardless of location or online enrollment鈥攁re invited to celebrate with us in Augusta!
